The English alphabet has the same 26 letters there are in the Portuguese one, but the difference are in the pronunciation of the letters. Although their spelling are the same, they have a lots of pronunciation differences. / O alfabeto inglês possui as mesmas 26 letras que existem no alfabeto português, mas as diferenças estão na pronúncia da letras. Embora eles possuam a mesma escrita, existem muitas diferenças em suas pronúncias.

Is very important to know the English alphabet to know how to say the English words. When you learn how to say correctly all the letters in English it will be so much easy for you to learn the pronunciation of the words./ É muito importante conhecer o alfabeto inglês para saber como falar as palavras em inglês. Quando você aprende a dizer corretamente as letras em inglês, será muito mais fácil aprender a pronúncia das palavras.

But you must be careful, because in English not at all the letters in the sentences and the words will have the same pronunciation as they have separated. In the sentence 'a doctor' we don't say ' ei doctor', in this case the letter 'a' doesn't has the 'ei' sound, we say 'a' doctor the same sound its written. / Mas você precisa ser cuidadoso, porque em inglês nem todas as letras em frases e palavras possuirão a mesma pronúncia que são faladas separadamente. Na frase ' a doctor' (um médico), por exemplo, não dizemos 'ei doctor' ; nesse caso, a letra 'a' não tem som de 'ei', nós dizemos 'a ' doctor (um médico) com o mesmo som em que ela é escrita ('a').
